established to create a safe, trusted environment for homeowners, contractors, and advisers.


We manage a nationwide network of approved contractors, ensuring all work is carried out to strict
standards—whether the project is arranged directly, through a mortgage broker, or via an equity
release adviser.

We’ve done our job when we’ve removed your worries so you can focus on achieving your goals. I have 40 years’ experience running customer‑first businesses, and no question is ever too small for our team.

I have been operating in this field for 40 years working with excellent contractors to make sure customer jobs run smoothly. I run our Contractor and Builder relationships.

 

We spend every moment of the day making sure that our customers objectives are met and that we are taking the concern and worry about exciting home improvements projects.

Making sure that our ethos and customer approach is clear in our correspondence and we are simplifying our journey to make it simple for our customers is my purpose.

As Head of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring everything operates smoothly while nurturing strong relationships with both customers and advisers.

My guiding principle is simple: whatever makes the customer’s life easier and delivers the best possible outcome is always the right approach.

I lead my team with empathy, efficiency, and high standards, making sure every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to service, trust, and practical solutions.
